Section 27
Notification of Dissolution of Trade Union
: (1) In case of dissolution of a trade union according to the statute, the relevant official shall give notice to the registrar.
(2) Upon receipt of the notice of dissolution in accordance with sub-section (1), the registrar shall investigate whether such dissolution is in accordance with the statute and register such notice only if it is dissolved in accordance with the statute and such trade union shall be deemed to have been dissolved only after such notice is registered.
